电子游戏试玩的政策是，与学生的教育记录有关的所有做法和程序都将符合1974年《电子游戏试玩》的规定, 修订的.

205.1.1教育经历. 教育记录是由电子游戏试玩或代表电子游戏试玩的一方保存的包含与学生直接相关的信息的记录, except those records listed below:

(1) Personal notes of Indiana State University faculty and staff;

(2)所有与学生身份无关的员工的就业记录;

(3) Medical and 咨询 records used solely for treatment;

(4) Records in the Public 安全 部门;

(5) Financial records of Indiana State University students’ parents;

(6)仅包含与某人有关的信息的记录，该人已不再是学生, such as alumni records;

(7) Confidential letters and statements of recommendation for admission, 就业, or honorary recognition placed in a student record after January 1, 1975 for which the student has waived the right to inspect and review.

(10) The most recent previous educational institution attended;

(11) Full or part-time status; and

(12) Photograph, but limited to the student identification photograph.

(1) A person employed by ISU in an administrative, 监督, 学术或研究, or staff position (including public safety personnel and health staff);
